ABOUT THE MC:
Anna Johnstone - Founder & CEO, Leadership & Career Coach at "The Female Career"
Anna Johnstone founded The Female Career in 2019 to improve gender balance at work in Aotearoa. She loves coaching women has worked directly with hundreds of women to bring more clarity and courage to their work and careers. She's also passionate about helping organisations improve their gender balance.
She brings to her coaching & consulting work her international experience across HR and Sales & Marketing in both blue chip organisations such as Shell and Mars and start-up businesses. She holds an MSc in Applied Psychology as well as an MBA from IMD Business School in Switzerland.
ABOUT THE PANEL:
Ruth Richardson
Ruth is a well-renowned and respected corporate director following retiring as a politician of the National Party where Ruth served as Minister of Finance from 1990 to 1993. Her 1991 budget, which she dubbed the "Mother of all Budgets" Continuing her work in economic reform, Ruth consults with extensive international demand to learn from the New Zealand reform model serving on the board of the Bank of China and the Reserve Bank of NZ. Whilst her current agriculture directorship is on the board of Synlait, Ruth has previously been a director of NZ Merino, Wrightson's & Oyster Bay among a more comprehensive portfolio of other industry directorships.
